After buying LFS S2 license 4 friends (Ziemo, Cam, Andri, Boxer) decided to run their own team. The team was created on Friday 6th February 2009. The name has been suggested by Ziemo and it still exists these days. It of course refers to the InitialD 4th Stage invincible team - ProjectD. Since the very beginning the team is Polish and our main goal is to unite skilled Polish drifters, which means we won't even invite foreign ones (as the team is possibly inviting new members).

Hi Everyone,

It's been some time since our last response. Because of LFS and its Community stagnation we didn't care much about it and had some break from LFS, periodically playing just for fun on a spontaneous host. However, because of the above mentioned stagnation the decent drift server amount decreases dramatically. We are now really looking forward to renting a new team server just to be provided a place to play. The whole silence is very annoying, but we guess nothing will be done to improve this case, thanks to devs. Anyway, as you can see in the Members section we have just involved a new member - ThompsoN, who impressed our team with his progress in improving his drifting skills. If you'd like to check what's going on with our new mate - try to meet him in game and find out wheter you can compete with his experience ;). We will soon have our home site lifted and rebuilt a bit as well, so stay tuned. Here comes the third year with Team ProjectDrift. See you on the track!

Hi Drifters,

Today our team is celebrating its 1st Birthday! What does it mean? As we are happy with running the ProjectD on the LFS drifting arena, competing with other players, taking part in many fantastic events, we would like to introduce to you a small announcement. To say it more precisely, we are planning to open some bigger drifting series, due to above mentioned anniversary. The only thing, which is needed to be finally finished is ProjectD host. Honestly, we haven't decided to choose the proper one yet, as there are some complications refering to different ideas and opinions about what should we do. We are truly looking forward to solving this issue and finally go in for the pre-announced event.

Hello LFS Drifters,

Few days ago a sad fate has met our server. This was the consequence of our hosting service resignation. This means either our server or hosting service no longer exists, obviously. What is more embarrassing the whole situation took place simultaneously with The D1 Event organised by Head Tour Team on our server. Refering to the whole unpleasant fact we would like to apologise as hard as we can for existing problems. Fortunately, the server fail occured a few minutes before the event opening, so that Project Drift Team together with organisators was able to find spare host quite quickly preventing people from big confusion.

What about the new host?

We plan to turn the new server online in the beginning of February 2010. At this moment we consider which hosting service to choose and how many slots the server should have. As we really need the Team's host, we insist on getting it as fast as possible.
